Robin Spriggs is a self-described “figment of [his] own imagination.”
He is the author of The Untold Tales of Ozman Droom, Diary of a Gentleman Diabolist, Wondrous Strange: Tales of the Uncanny, The Dracula Poems, Capes & Cowls: Adventures in Wyrd City, and over 200 short stories and poems that have appeared in a wide variety of publications. His work has been nominated for a Bram Stoker Award, a Pushcart Prize, and multiple Rhysling Awards.
As an actor, Spriggs appeared as Captain Franco on NBC’s Revolution and as Chris Amante on USA Network’s Necessary Roughness. His performance as affable sociopath Alfonse Duncan in the rural noir Sinkhole was lauded by Variety and Film Threat Magazine and honored with a Best Actor nomination at the Wild Rose Independent Film Festival. Look for him next in the off-kilter indie comedy Gilda Sue Rosenstern: The Motion Picture, on The CW drama series Containment, and as a recurring guest star in season 2 of Powers—the superhero-police procedural mashup from Sony Pictures Television.
